PROJECT MANAGER
¥11K - ¥16K + Performance Bonus
JOB REQUIREMENTS

College degree or above. Fluent English is required as a working language (including conducting meetings).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Minimum of 1 year of project management experience. Experience in the signage / retail display fixtures industry is a strong plus.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills; capable of building and maintaining good cooperative relationships with clients.

Highly proactive work attitude and a strong drive for achievement.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Communicate and liaise with overseas clients, responsible for project acquisition, quotation, and related business negotiations.

Receive and process orders, verify product quantities, unit prices, and order numbers. Coordinate with relevant departments to confirm delivery dates and provide timely feedback to clients.

Collaborate with the Engineering Department during the initial sample development stage and participate in pre-project development work.

Based on signed client contracts, communicate promptly with the Finance Department to verify the status of received and outstanding payments.

Take full responsibility for the end-to-end follow-up and management of overseas projects.
