1.Share The Product Details

2.Design Review & Quotation

During the design review, we will evaluate key factors including the overall bottle shape, material selection, internal structural strength, load-bearing capacity, surface finishing method, dimensional tolerance, weight control, transportation constraints, on-site installation conditions, safety requirements, production feasibility and project budget.

3. Prototype Approval 

After the design is finalized, we will produce prototype according to the confirmed drawings and selected material. The prototype will verify the appearance, proportion, surface texture and partial structural performance of the giant bottle model.

Potential issues may arise during this stage, such as visual mismatch of curves, uneven surface finish, dimensional deviation, insufficient structural rigidity, material texture inconsistency, or weight exceeding expectation.

We will send photos, videos or physical prototype for your review. Any adjustments will be implemented before formal approval. Once you confirm and approve the prototype, we can move forward to mass fabrication of the full-size model.

4. Production & Quality Control

Upon prototype approval, full-scale production will commence in our workshop following the confirmed drawings, material specifications and revised details from the prototype stage.

We carry out continuous quality control throughout the whole production process, checking dimensional accuracy, structural stability, welding or bonding strength, surface flatness and colour consistency at key checkpoints.

Any non-conformities will be corrected immediately before proceeding to the next working procedure. Regular progress photos and inspection reports will be shared with you to keep you updated on the manufacturing status.

5. Packing&Delivery

Once the model passes final QC approval, we proceed with professional packing work. Custom protective packaging will be adopted to safeguard the giant bottle model against scratches, deformation and damage during transit.

We use internal cushioning materials, rigid support frames and outer wooden crates for protection. After loading, we arrange shipment according to the agreed delivery terms and share packing photos, shipping documents and tracking information with you.

A:Yes!Yes. Giant product models for indoor and outdoor use vary in material selection and cost. Outdoor versions need weatherproof materials and UV-resistant finishes at a higher price, whereas indoor models use more cost-effective lightweight materials.
